On the afternoon of January 5th, the company's Party Committee held a 2021 annual work meeting on the performance appraisal of grassroots Party branch secretaries' work in Party building. Gu Yongmao, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board, attended the meeting and delivered comments. Cui Yongzhi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Board, and General Manager, presided over the meeting. More than 40 people attended the meeting, including members of the company's leadership team, grassroots Party branch secretaries, and employee representatives.

At the meeting, 15 grassroots Party branch secretaries gave performance reports. Gu Yongmao commented on each report, acknowledging achievements, pointing out problems, and clarifying directions for future efforts. Other members of the leadership team commented on the secretaries they supervised.

Gu Yongmao pointed out, In 2021, the company's Party Committee earnestly implemented the deployment requirements of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the Group Party Committee regarding grassroots Party building. Adhering to Party building leading development, the grassroots Party building work has achieved certain results. Carrying out performance appraisal and assessment of grassroots Party building work is a major measure to implement the Party's responsibility for managing the Party and strengthening Party discipline. It is also an important institutional arrangement for implementing the responsibilities of Party organization secretaries as the first responsible persons, extending strict Party discipline to the grassroots level, and strengthening grassroots Party building strictly and practically.

Gu Yongmao emphasized that strengthening Party discipline is an ongoing process, and that grasping Party building work is the primary responsibility of every Party branch secretary. We must adhere to strengthening Party discipline across the board, further strengthen grassroots Party building work, and unswervingly promote Party conduct and integrity construction and anti-corruption efforts.

First, we must strengthen political construction and enhance the leading role of Party building. All Party branch secretaries must earnestly fulfill their responsibilities as the first responsible persons for Party building work and lead by example in fulfilling their responsibilities; they must proactively adapt to the new normal of Party building work, with a strong sense of responsibility, work enthusiasm, exemplary awareness, and dedication, to effectively enhance the implementation and effectiveness of Party building work.
