On the morning of July 22, the company held its 5th Party Committee Theoretical Learning Center Group study session of 2022. Members of the company's leadership team participated in the study session, which was presided over by Cui Yongzhi, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of the company.

At the meeting, Through a "lead reading" approach, everyone collectively studied Xi Jinping's speech at the ceremony celebrating the 25th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the motherland and the inauguration of the sixth government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, as well as the article "Upholding the Overall Strategy of Strict Party Governance and Strengthening Constraints and Supervision over the Exercise of Power" from Volume III of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China, and the "Regulations on Letters and Visits". Gan Yong, member of the company's Party Committee and chairman of the trade union, shared his learning on the "Regulations on Letters and Visits".

In his concluding remarks, Cui Yongzhi emphasized the importance of adhering to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as guidance, thoroughly studying and implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on strengthening and improving people's letters and visits work, and keeping in mind the "two establishes," strengthening the "four confidences," and achieving the "two safeguards." He stressed the importance of upholding and strengthening the Party's overall leadership over letters and visits work, and comprehensively carrying out publicity work through various methods such as leading cadres taking the lead in learning, key personnel taking the initiative to promote learning, and carrying out concentrated learning at all levels to strengthen the study and implementation of the new "Regulations."
