Party Lecture on the 20th National Congress of the CPC: Lv Chunping Delivers a Lecture to the Party Branch of the Seventh Construction Department

On December 2, Lu Chunping, the company's chief economist, delivered a special party lecture on the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to all Party members and 36 employees in Kunming of the Seventh Engineering Project Department branch.

Starting from the report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, Lu Chunping, combining his own experience, elaborated on the theme and main achievements of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, the work of the past five years and the great changes in the new era of ten years, and the characteristics and essential requirements of Chinese modernization. He also gave a detailed interpretation of the significance, essence, and implementation requirements of the 20th National Congress of the CPC from five important principles: upholding and strengthening the Party's overall leadership, upholding the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, upholding the people-centered development philosophy, upholding deepening reform and opening up, and upholding the spirit of struggle. He profoundly expounded the important thoughts, viewpoints, and measures put forward by the 20th National Congress of the CPC, enabling all Party members and cadres to have a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the 20th National Congress of the CPC.

Lu Chunping required: First, we must consciously maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core in thought, politics, and action, and treat learning the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC as the most important political task in the coming period, reading the original text and understanding the original meaning. Second, we must uphold the Party's leadership. As leading Party members and cadres, we must strengthen our political beliefs, uphold the correct political direction, and always uphold and consciously accept the Party's leadership. Third, we must strengthen our responsibilities and be courageous in our actions. We must constantly enhance our sense of responsibility and mission, and integrate the awareness of "willing to work, daring to work, able to work, and achieving results" into the entire work process. In work and life, especially in addressing the hot and difficult issues that concern the majority of employees in the current development of the enterprise, we must dare to take charge and manage, improve the work in depth, and focus on the practical aspects. With a sense of urgency of "time and tide wait for no man" and a fighting spirit of "charging ahead," we must continuously transform the spirit of the 20th National Congress report into the driving force for fulfilling our mission and responsibilities, and make positive contributions to building a happy JianTou with practical actions.

Finally, Lu Chunping conducted a collective integrity talk from five aspects: enhancing the sense of unity, enhancing the awareness of integrity and self-discipline, having the ability to resist temptation, enhancing the sense of responsibility, and key personnel must abide by laws and regulations and stick to the bottom line. At the same time, he required the leadership team of the Engineering Department to earnestly fulfill its responsibilities in Party conduct and integrity construction, be strict with themselves, take the lead in integrity and self-discipline, keep the purpose in mind, consciously accept supervision, be diligent in learning, and strengthen self-cultivation.
