The Kunming Duobao Project of the Eighth Engineering Project Department successfully completed the topping-out ceremony for Building No. 6.

10 On July 19th, with the completion of the top main beam hoisting, witnessed by the owner, supervisor and project department, the Kunming Duobao project, undertaken by the Eighth Engineering Project Department, successfully completed the topping-out ceremony for the main structure of Building No. 6.

Since the commencement of the project, the project management team has continuously strengthened the management of the construction site, making every effort to ensure quality, safety, and schedule. The successful topping-out of the main structure of Building No. 6 has laid a solid foundation for subsequent work. It is reported that Building No. 6 has a construction area of 22690.84 ㎡ ，the main building height is 45.6 meters, and the annex building height is 23.9 meters. The main building has twelve floors and the annex building has six floors, with one underground floor. The underground floor area is 6157.45 ㎡ ，the structural type is a frame shear wall structure, and the foundation is a static pressure PHC pile foundation.
