10 On October 28, the Sixth Engineering Project Department and the Beihai Project of the Industrial Workers Center held a project promotion meeting themed "Decisive Battle in the Fourth Quarter, 100-Day Rush."

To successfully meet the December 25th deadline, the pipeline and electrical engineering projects in Beihai are currently in an intense sprint phase. After reviewing the on-site situation, Cui Yongzhi learned that the construction was somewhat hindered due to the narrow site and material shortages. He encouraged everyone to overcome difficulties and work together to strive for the successful achievement of the project goals.

At the meeting, everyone collectively celebrated the "political birthdays" of four Party members working on the front lines of the project and presented them with birthday cards. One of the Party members said in a speech: "This is an unforgettable 'political birthday.' I will inherit and carry forward the fine traditions of Party members, diligently perform my duties at my post, and strive to make progress."
