12 On October 16, the 15MW steam turbine's upper cylinder diaphragm, steam seal clearance, and rotor dynamic eccentricity inspection and acceptance of the Yukun Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. capacity replacement and upgrading project of the Industrial Workers Center were successfully completed, marking a milestone in the turbine installation work and providing a solid foundation for the subsequent turbine cover installation, system commissioning, and smooth start-up of the unit.

To ensure the inspection and acceptance passed, the installation personnel spent a lot of time and effort in the early stage debugging and running-in the equipment. The project management personnel are familiar with the technical requirements of equipment installation, strictly implement the installation technical requirements, and address the problems and deficiencies found during the installation one by one. Before the inspection and acceptance, they conducted safety technical briefings for the installation personnel, further clarifying the personnel division of labor, safety matters, technical requirements, and operating procedures, and emphasized the precautions for the inspection of the upper cylinder, steam seal, and rotor dynamic eccentricity.
At the steam turbine installation site, masters and apprentices worked closely together, precisely calculating the distance between the turbine rotor and the cylinder to ensure that no collisions or wear occurred. On-site installation, supervision, and management personnel performed their respective duties, and the entire inspection and acceptance process was safe, orderly, stable, and efficient.
Next, all cadres and employees of the project department will continue to maintain a rigorous and serious work attitude, with positive and enthusiastic work, to quickly advance the subsequent installation work of the steam turbine. [Industrial Workers Center/Chen Chao]
