Benchmark creation and demonstration lead the way! Two Party branches of the Group were named "Yunling Vanguard Red Flag Party Branches"

1 On June 16, the Yunnan Provincial Committee Organization Department issued a decision on naming the 2023 "Yunling Vanguard Red Flag Party Branches." The Diannan Area Party Branch of the Group's Urban and Rural Investment Company and the Operation Branch Party Branch of the Basic Investment Company were named as 2023 "Yunling Vanguard Red Flag Party Branches" by the Provincial Committee Organization Department.

01 The Diannan Area Party Branch of the Urban and Rural Investment Company

The Diannan Area Party Branch was named a "Standardized Construction Demonstration Party Branch" by the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission Party Committee and the Provincial Committee Organization Department in 2021. It has won more than 40 awards at the provincial, prefectural, and municipal levels. In 2023, it was awarded the "Excellent Case of Party Building Work for Engineering Construction Enterprises" by the China Engineering Management Association and was included in the first batch of "Provincial-level Enterprise Party Building Leading Group Building Demonstration Points" and "Yunnan Provincial Grassroots Party Organization Demonstration Points" by the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. The Youth League branch won the "National May 4th Red Flag Youth League Branch" award, and the Yunnan Provincial and Honghe Prefecture "Youth Civilization Number" awards. Currently, Dongfengyun has successfully been created as a national AAAA-level scenic area, received the "Yunnan Provincial Characteristic Town" designation and 250 million yuan in fiscal subsidies, won the German "Red Dot Supreme Award," the Berlin Design Award Silver Award, and the 25th Andrew Martin International Interior Design Award, and was rated as a national excellent case of rural revitalization and a provincial civilized tourism demonstration unit, becoming a benchmark for characteristic towns in Yunnan and a model for the integrated development of culture and tourism, agriculture and tourism, and health preservation.

02 Basic Investment Company Operation Branch Party Branch

Since its establishment in May 2017, the Basic Investment Company Operation Branch has always adhered to integrating Party building into the core work of expressway operation and management. It compiled Yunnan Province's first local standard for expressway toll collection services. For seven years, three times, and consecutively for two years, it has won first place in the province in the expressway road condition service quality evaluation, fully demonstrating the group's comprehensive strength in expressway operation services.

To date, the Operation Branch Party Branch has won honorary titles such as the "Standardized Construction Demonstration Party Branch" of the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission Party Committee and the Group's Advanced Grassroots Party Organization. It has won a total of 13 national-level awards, including the National Youth Civilization Number and Top Ten Service Windows, 17 provincial and ministerial-level awards, including the Yunnan Provincial Workers Vanguard, and more than 200 municipal and county-level awards, including civilized units. It has been recommended by the Provincial Transportation Department as a benchmark for newly opened expressways for more than 300 visits from the Laotian Ministry of Engineering and Transportation and Guangxi Road and Bridge Group for exchanges, becoming the "red engine" of the group's expressway operation management and setting a benchmark for the expressway operation sector in Yunnan Province.
