Yunnan Construction Investment Group is dispatching personnel and machinery to carry out rescue operations for the mountain landslide disaster in Zhenxiong, Zhaotong.

1 On February 22, a landslide occurred in Tangfang Town, Zhenxiong County, Zhaotong City. After the disaster, the Group actively cooperated with the local Party committee, government, and various rescue teams, organizing the Group's various construction units stationed in Zhenxiong to dispatch rescue machinery and personnel to participate in emergency rescue work at the scene. A total of 10 excavators and 30 management personnel were deployed to clear the debris under the unified command of the on-site rescue team, creating favorable conditions for emergency rescue work.

22 That evening, after assessment by the on-site expert group, large-scale machinery was suspended due to poor nighttime visibility and the risk of secondary collapses. Group management personnel were safely and orderly evacuated.

23 On the morning of the following day, according to the unified arrangement of the on-site rescue team, rescue machinery was arranged by the local government to participate in the rescue. Group management personnel carried out road clearing and tent construction at the periphery of the disaster area.

Yunnan Construction Investment Group will resolutely implement relevant requirements, fully participate in the emergency rescue work at the disaster site, respond to all needs of the on-site rescue work at any time, and provide maximum support for emergency rescue work. Group General Contracting Departments 1, 2, 3, 5, and 10 participated in the rescue.
