To further refine the performance appraisal system for cadres and guide company cadres to continuously establish and practice the correct concept of performance, the company's Party committee organized the 2023 annual comprehensive performance appraisal for grassroots units and middle-level cadres. This appraisal work consists of nine comprehensive appraisal teams, which are carried out through summarizing and reporting on work, democratic assessment, individual interviews, understanding and verification, and comprehensive analysis, continuously strengthening the clear orientation of "appraising heroes based on their achievements", and effectively transforming the soft indicators of cadre appraisal into hard constraints.

Lv Chunping, the company's chief economist, led the seventh comprehensive appraisal team to the First Engineering Project Department to conduct the annual comprehensive appraisal work.

Lv Chunping made the following requirements to the leadership team of the First Engineering Project Department:

First, enhance understanding and attach great importance. We must be based on our posts and perform our duties diligently. Whether the work is done well or not, whether the role of cadres is fully played or not, whether the achievements are clearly reflected or not, and whether the employees are satisfied or not should be the starting point and the focus of our work. In 2023, everyone has achieved good results in market development, historical issues, and team building based on their own positions, but there is still a gap compared with the company's requirements. We still need to conduct in-depth thinking on the development of the project department, team building, internal control management, and improvement and efficiency enhancement, identify shortcomings, make up for deficiencies, and strengthen weaknesses.

As leading cadres, we must work hard on comprehensive quality and leadership ability, find the obstacles hindering the development of the project department, and have the ability and determination to "break the deadlock". Rui Tieming, the company's vice general manager, led the eighth comprehensive appraisal team to the Eleventh Engineering Project Department and the Metal Structure Processing Center to conduct the annual comprehensive appraisal work.

In his mobilization speech, Rui Tieming emphasized that cadre appraisal is both a "command stick" and a "weather vane", and it is also an important method to promote changes in work style and promote the implementation of work. It is an effective means to accurately identify cadres, objectively evaluate cadres, and stimulate the internal vitality of cadres. Everyone should enhance their understanding, unify their thoughts, attach great importance to this appraisal meeting, and earnestly do a good job in this appraisal work.

Rui Tieming made the following requirements to the leadership team of the Eleventh Engineering Project Department: First, the team should have an accurate positioning of the project department's development, and think more from its own professional strengths and talent reserves, and should boldly go out to explore the market.

Second, team members should be united and maintain frequent communication and exchanges. They should hold more team meetings and business meetings, clarify and explain the problems, have more heart-to-heart talks, and show more care and concern.

Third, we should strengthen talent team building and increase the reserve of professional and technical personnel. Members of the project department team should take the lead in obtaining certificates, further play a positive guiding role in "pairing and mentoring", and encourage young employees to exercise their abilities in their posts. Rui Tieming made the following requirements for the next step of work of the Metal Structure Processing Center:

First, the processing center should achieve scale and efficiency, and should explore and develop external markets to seek business opportunities.

Second, before the relocation of the Yimen factory area of the processing center, market research should be conducted, and planning should be done in advance to ensure that the work is implemented.

Third, team members should strengthen their sense of responsibility and accountability. They should carefully summarize their performance, learning, thoughts, work style, and integrity over the past year. They should neither exaggerate their achievements nor avoid problems, but should comprehensively and objectively evaluate themselves, always reflect on their mistakes, and cultivate themselves.

Fourth, we should attach importance to the team building and talent cultivation of the processing center. Team members should strengthen Party conduct and style, strengthen their own learning, learn from others' strengths, and make up for their own shortcomings. Talent cultivation should be developed from within the project department and absorbed from outside, accumulating talent momentum and technical strength for the company's high-quality development.

Wang Changxue, the company's vice general manager, led the ninth comprehensive appraisal team to the Tenth Engineering Project Department and the Twelfth Engineering Project Department to conduct the annual comprehensive appraisal work.

Wang Changxue made the following requirements to the project department team:

First, strengthen learning and enhance practical skills. The project department team should closely combine their respective work responsibilities, focus on the present and look to the future, set higher goals, and enhance the enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity of their work.

Second, we must effectively change our work style and demonstrate our responsibility and action. The project department team should firmly establish the sense of responsibility that "doing a good job in implementation is our duty, and not doing a good job in implementation is dereliction of duty", lead by example, and firmly establish the idea of "one chessboard", jointly carry forward the spirit of "driving in nails", and make every effort to promote the implementation of various tasks.

Third, we must unify our thinking and strengthen talent cultivation and team building. We must effectively increase the intensity of resource integration, do a good job in the reserve of young talents and the cultivation of reserve project managers, establish a reserve talent pool for projects, comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality and professional skills of young employees, and build a high-quality talent team.

Fourth, we must change our business thinking and establish a sense of all-staff business operation. Currently, the business situation is severe. The project department team should strengthen market awareness and sense of responsibility, seize opportunities and meet challenges with a fighting spirit, promote all-staff participation in business operations, and strive to achieve this year's annual business goals.
