Recently, Rui Tieming, the company's vice general manager, and his team conducted a guidance and research visit to six key projects in the Dianxi area: the Ruimeng Expressway project, the Yongmeng Expressway project, the NanYun Expressway power supply project, the Yongchang Expressway Yonglin combined power supply project, the NanYun Expressway steel arch frame and small pipe production project, and the Yuanda Expressway power supply project. They also visited and expressed their care for the frontline cadres and employees, and conducted pre-holiday safety inspections.

Rui Tieming and his team visited the six key projects under construction, listening to project managers' reports on project safety, quality, progress, cost, and schedule, as well as work arrangements before and after the Spring Festival. Subsequently, they conducted on-site inspections, reviewed relevant project internal documents, and made corresponding work requirements based on the actual project situation.

Rui Tieming required: Firstly, the steel arch frame and small pipe production project should strengthen the study of mechanical equipment management systems and operating procedures, improve the "5S" management of parts and tools in the factory, and conduct maintenance, regular inspection, and testing of various mechanical equipment during use. Safety management measures for temporary electricity use in the factory should be improved. The distribution boxes in the factory must be sturdy, complete, and airtight, with locked doors. The operation of the power system should be closely monitored during the use of temporary electrical equipment, and risks and hidden dangers should be eliminated in a timely manner.
Secondly, all projects should strengthen the standardized use of safety warning signs and propaganda signs and slogans. Safety warning signs should be conspicuous and eye-catching, so that they truly play a role in safety warnings.
Thirdly, the standardization of project departments should be strengthened to ensure the standardization and compliance of safety management account data. Strictly implement daily safety management work and improve the management level of archival materials.
Fourthly, in the process of project construction, normalized safety management should be grasped, the safety management of subcontracting teams should be strictly implemented, and safety training, safety technical briefing, safety warning education, traffic safety management, fire safety management, and ecological environmental protection work should be effectively carried out. Safety hierarchical control should be implemented, normalized safety hazard investigation and governance work should be carried out, and key safety management work of the company should be seriously carried out to ensure the effective implementation of safety measures in various construction operation links.
Fifthly, strengthen the management of project department canteens, strictly implement the relevant management systems of the company, and strictly control the quality and safety of food procurement.
Sixthly, all cadres and employees of the project department should always maintain a sense of integrity and self-discipline, adhere to the bottom line, do not cross the red line, strictly demand themselves, and be an honest "JianTou person".
Seventhly, it is necessary to earnestly and meticulously carry out safety production work during the Spring Festival, strictly implement the confirmation work of safety production conditions for shutdown and resumption of work, and effectively carry out emergency duty and standby work during the Spring Festival.
Eighthly, earnestly carry out project planning work, comprehensively plan safety, quality, progress, and funds, and ensure the effective implementation of various measures.
