The Sixth Engineering Project Department's relocation project for Yunnan Copper won two awards from the client.

Recently, the public works project management department of the relocation project of Yunnan Copper Industry Co., Ltd., Southwest Copper Industry Branch, under the Sixth Engineering Project Department, received high praise and commendation from the owner for its excellent quality control in the concrete pouring of the integrated corridor and the steel structure construction.

Since the official commencement of construction in January 2024, the project department has been adhering to the quality management requirements of the company and the owner. Project management personnel have thoroughly studied the drawings, constantly refined the design based on the actual site conditions and schedule requirements, and strictly controlled the engineering quality. The project construction period coincided with the Spring Festival, making personnel organization difficult. To achieve the node target of water supply to the electrolysis workshop on March 30, the engineering department and project team members mobilized resources from multiple parties, organizing personnel to lay pipelines during the Spring Festival and mobilizing steel structure and anti-corrosion teams to start construction on the third day of the Lunar New Year. Full resumption of work was achieved on the ninth day of the Lunar New Year. To date, a total of 6 construction teams and 110 personnel have been deployed to the project, and all work is progressing smoothly.
