Youth Vanguard: Industrial Workers' Center Holds Youth Assault Team Flag-Raising Ceremony

To effectively unite the strength of young Party members, and guide young employees to overcome difficulties and achieve success, on February 27, the Industrial Workers Center established a welding professional "Youth Assault Team" at the Yuntong project and held a flag-raising ceremony. Company Vice General Manager Rui Tieming attended the ceremony.

At the flag-raising ceremony, Bi Xiaogang, captain of the "Youth Assault Team," pledged to lead the team members in strictly adhering to safety production regulations and rules during project construction, and to promote the project construction with a spirit of hard work and dedication. Zheng Guiping, the team leader, stated that they would strictly control quality, give full play to the role of the "Youth Assault Team," and improve the skills of all team members through the method of teaching, assisting, and mentoring, ensuring that there are experienced mentors in key positions and young people taking charge at critical moments.

Rui Tieming presented the flag to the "Youth Assault Team." He pointed out that the Yuntong project is hard-won. Second, they must be confident, give their all, and polish the company's installation sector's gold signboard at Yuntong. Third, they must pay attention to safety management, ensure installation quality, strive to be role models, and set an example.
