To thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, further enhance the political theoretical literacy and business capabilities of the company's party affairs cadre team, and promote the deep integration of party building work and business work, on April 9, the company “ Party Building Basic Knowledge Business Lecture Hall ” officially began. A total of 37 grassroots party branch secretaries (deputy secretaries) and party affairs cadres from the company participated.

The "Lecture Hall" activity is mainly carried out based on the company's "Cloud-based Second Safety" DingTalk system management platform, organized and supervised by the company's Party Committee Work Department. Grassroots party branch secretaries (deputy secretaries) will take turns lecturing every Tuesday evening at 7:00. The training will consist of 18 sessions, covering grassroots party building, party member development, branch elections, and model party branch creation, etc.

This session was lectured by Wang Fei, secretary of the Party branch of the Sixth Engineering Project Department. It mainly introduced the selection and appointment procedures for middle-level cadres in the group's secondary units from five aspects: cadre proposal, democratic recommendation, cadre examination, discussion and decision-making, and cadre appointment. The lecture content was comprehensive and detailed, with clear explanations and strong practicality and guidance. It allowed everyone to have a deeper understanding of the selection and appointment procedures for section-level cadres, further consolidating their business knowledge reserves and clarifying their work思路。
