With his firm belief, selfless dedication, and tireless efforts, he has become a model worker in my heart.

Since joining the company, Zhu Jiawang has been engaged in the management of electrical and instrumentation engineering. In recent years, he has continuously enriched his professional knowledge and practical experience, and he has a heart full of love for his work. Whether facing complex construction challenges or handling emergency on-site situations, he can always make accurate judgments quickly and take effective measures to ensure the smooth progress of construction.

Since joining the workforce, he has participated in municipal environmental protection, lake governance, industrial maintenance, long-distance water conservancy, and pulp and paper projects. From wastewater treatment to pulp and paper engineering, from electrical installation to instrumentation commissioning, his presence can be found in many projects. From the red soil plateau to the land of Jingchu, from the snow-covered plateau to the coast of Beihai, he has never feared difficulties or hardships, always sticking to the construction front line, contributing his sweat and wisdom to the smooth progress of the projects.

Among the many projects we have participated in together, the Dali Bai Village Wastewater Treatment Project left a particularly deep impression on me. At that time, Zhu Jiawang was responsible for the construction organization and management of the relevant professions. He had strict requirements for himself and was meticulous in his work. He often said, "Only with high-quality work can we be responsible for the project and the company." Gradually, everyone was moved by his strict attitude and admired him. He led the project department's construction team to maintain and repair the temporary power equipment involved in 72 wastewater treatment plants, taking the lead in rushing to carry out repairs, always being the last to leave, and often working overtime until late at night before returning to the residence. He led the project team to carefully maintain various equipment, providing a solid guarantee for the safe and orderly progress of the project.

In the Yunnan Jianglin Group Co., Ltd. sporadic maintenance project, he was responsible for the installation and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation for several projects of flue gas full recovery and smoke gas desulfurization and dephosphorization technological transformation. This was a task with high technical difficulty and heavy workload, but Zhu Jiawang did not back down, only saying, "There are always more solutions than problems. Think more about how to solve problems, not about excuses to avoid responsibility." Under his leadership, the equipment in the system was successfully tested, providing strong support for the technological transformation and upgrading of the project.

In addition to his remarkable achievements in the field of construction, Zhu Jiawang also has a strong sense of responsibility and mission. In the Xundian Fenghe Demonstration Farm project, he was responsible for the electrical and instrumentation construction work, and during this period, there were never any quality or installation accidents. He knew that his work was related to the safe operation of the farm, so he always maintained a high degree of alertness to ensure that every task was completed.

2023 In the year, Comrade Zhu Jiawang was awarded the title of "Skilled Worker" by the company. This is an affirmation of his years of hard work and recognition of his professional skills, but he only said, "I still have a lot of room for improvement."

In the Yunnan Copper Industry Relocation Project, he was responsible for the on-site temporary power supply. There were many temporary power supply points and teams, and he needed to travel back and forth between the work site and the project department many times every day, each trip lasting seven or eight kilometers. In addition, the increase in on-site temporary power supply required patient communication and coordination with the project command center. In order not to affect the overall progress of the site, he sacrificed his lunch break and evening rest time to continuously optimize and improve the construction plan for the newly added temporary power supply areas. Despite the heavy workload, Zhu Jiawang never complained and always maintained high work enthusiasm and dedication.

In addition to his excellent professional skills, Zhu Jiawang's character is also commendable. When interacting with others, he is always positive and enthusiastic, and his seriousness at work contrasts sharply with his humor in life. He always maintains a grateful heart and is full of sincerity and care towards his family, colleagues, and friends. He interprets the lofty ideal of "worrying about the world before others and enjoying happiness after others" with his actions. He is good at putting himself in others' shoes and considering problems from their perspective, thus earning the respect and trust of everyone.
