5 On April 4th, the temporary Party branch of the Tibet Julong Copper Mine project held a collective study and discussion on the "Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Actions". All management personnel of the project department attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the "General Provisions" (Chapters 1 to 5) of the "Regulations" were studied using a method where Party members led the reading. Participants discussed and exchanged ideas based on the content of the "Regulations" before and after its revision, and in relation to their own work.

The meeting emphasized: First, efforts should be made to strengthen ideological understanding. Using the study and discussion of the newly revised "Regulations" as a starting point, disciplinary constraints should be strengthened and ideological defenses should be built up. This should be done to ensure understanding of laws and regulations, clarity on rules, awareness of awe, and a sense of fear. Red lines should be drawn and bottom lines should be established in thought, so that individuals are mindful, cautious in speech, and restrained in actions. Second, efforts should be made to improve learning and understanding. Party members and employees should consciously strive to improve themselves, strengthen their learning, and become supporters of the "Regulations". They should thoroughly understand the essence and substance of the "Regulations", consciously pursuing high standards in self-discipline and staying away from the red line of disciplinary violations. Learning should be carried out through various forms, including collective study, individual study, exchange discussions, and warning education, to truly achieve learning, thinking, practice, and integration. Third, individuals should hold themselves to higher standards and stricter discipline. Through deepening understanding, thorough learning, promoting action through knowledge, and guiding practice, the goal of unity of knowledge and action should be achieved. In work, the "Regulations" should be used to further enhance the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four confidences", uphold the "two safeguards", strictly abide by discipline, and achieve self-purification, self-improvement, self-revolution, and self-enhancement.
