Recently, Meng Chunliu, the chief economist of the group, led the group's enterprise management department to conduct a comprehensive inspection and investigation of the Yunnan Green and Low-Carbon Demonstration Industrial Park water supply project undertaken by the Third Engineering Project Department, and held an exchange meeting. Relevant secondary unit heads of the group attended the meeting.

Meng Chunliu and his team went deep into the construction site and conducted on-site investigations of the floating pump station water intake point, 5000m ³ clear water pool, integrated equipment, and comprehensive building, and affirmed the achievements made in the project construction.

Afterwards, Meng Chunliu and his team went to the project site to review documents and organized an exchange meeting. At the meeting, Meng Chunliu listened carefully to the project manager's report on project planning, project construction progress, engineering quality, safety management, and cost management. He affirmed the management achievements in economic visa, process settlement, and DingTalk material verification, and put forward specific guiding opinions for the next step of work.

The meeting required: First, in terms of project planning, we should exchange, learn from, and learn from the planning and management experience of brother units, always adhere to the full-process analysis, planning review, risk control, and schedule control of the project, and take the sorting out of the key points of the item planning project settlement list as the key work to effectively promote the smooth progress of various tasks in the later stage. Second, we should continue to strengthen the advantages of EPC projects, communicate and exchange with the design unit in a timely manner, grasp the relationship between the preliminary estimate, budget, and actual on-site situation, and achieve full control of process costs. Third, in terms of material control, we should further consolidate the basic work of material procurement, material consumption, and material verification, efficiently use the information system, and ensure the accuracy of the quantity of materials entering and leaving the site and the controllability of material consumption risks.
