6 On August 28, the company's trade union held its third enlarged meeting of the trade union committee in 2024, as well as a meeting of the labor dispute mediation committee. Yang Yu, the company's deputy secretary of the Party committee, employee director, and chairman of the trade union, attended the meeting. More than 30 people attended the meeting, including members of the company's trade union committee, secretaries of various party branches, chairmen of trade unions, and grassroots trade union staff.

At the meeting, Yang Yu listened to the company's trade union's financial work report and the completion of key tasks for the first quarter of 2024, and made deployment arrangements for the next steps. Participants studied the content of "Excerpts from Xi Jinping's Discussions on the Working Class and Trade Union Work," the "JianTou Construction Work Guide Handbook," and the "Regulations on Accountability for Violations."
The meeting required: First, strengthen ideological guidance and build consensus. Second, enhance the awareness of serving employees, actively help employees solve their problems, and build a harmonious and stable corporate environment. Third, understand and grasp the ideological dynamics of employees and do a good job in protecting the rights and interests of employees.
The meeting received a positive response from the participants. Everyone expressed that they would take this meeting as an opportunity to continue to play the role of the trade union organization as a bridge and link, be a good "family member" for employees, carry forward the spirit of labor and craftsmanship, deepen the construction of the industrial worker team, mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity of the vast number of employees, and contribute wisdom and strength to the company's high-quality development.
