7 On October 25, the first Party Committee of the Group held its 20th meeting of 2024, earnestly conveying and studying the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), conveying and studying the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and studying the Group's implementation work. The work report delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the plenary session, the explanation of the "Decision (Draft)", and his important speech comprehensively summarized the work in all aspects since the Second Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and highly evaluated the successful practices and great achievements of comprehensively deepening reforms since the new era. The "Decision" adopted at the plenary session, closely focusing on the theme of promoting Chinese-style modernization, outlines strategic measures for further comprehensively deepening reforms, and is another important programmatic document in the history of the Party.
