7 On August 28, Chen Zujun, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of the Group Company, conducted a field trip to the Tibet Regional Headquarters, visiting and expressing his care for the cadres and employees who have long been working on the front lines of production and construction in Tibet. He gained an in-depth understanding of the Tibet Regional Headquarters' market development, organizational structure, team building, and resource integration, and held a symposium. Tong Degang, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Group Company, also participated in the field trip.

Chen Zujun pointed out,

Since participating in the construction of Linzhi Airport and Changdu Airport, more than ten units and thousands of construction personnel from the Group have actively responded to the national call, devoted themselves to the Western Development Strategy, taken root in Tibet, integrated into Tibet, and cultivated Tibet. They have implemented a large number of key projects and high-quality projects, providing comprehensive services for the economic and social development of Tibet, and interpreting the spirit and responsibility of the construction personnel with practical actions. In recent years, the Group's development in Tibet has shown a good development trend. The Tibet Yulong project has won the "Luban Award," and the Kaituo Logistics, established in cooperation with the Tibet Kaituo Group, is showing a thriving development situation. The Tibet Regional Headquarters has achieved fruitful results since its establishment, and the pace of high-quality development with internal connotation is becoming wider, more solid, and better on the roof of the world.

Chen Zujun emphasized,

General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the symposium on promoting the development of the western region in the new era has pointed out the direction, provided the fundamental principles, and injected strong impetus for further promoting the formation of a new pattern of western development. Currently, Tibet is in an unprecedented period of development opportunities. The national support for Tibet is continuously increasing, the exchanges between the party committees and governments of Yunnan and Tibet provinces (regions) are becoming increasingly close, and the cooperation between the Group and various enterprises in Tibet is also continuously deepening and expanding. The Tibet Regional Headquarters should accurately grasp the development situation, accurately grasp the target tasks, and accurately grasp the responsibilities and missions. The Tibet Regional Headquarters must adhere to the unshakable position of the "leading" operation, further grasp the market direction, and in accordance with the ideas of high-end operation, full-staff operation, and brand operation, give full play to the advantages of group operations, innovate the operation model, strengthen the three major work mechanism guarantees, select mature and excellent management personnel, establish and improve the operation incentive mechanism, form a joint force for market expansion, and promote the continuous cultivation and high-quality growth of the Tibet market.

We must carry forward the "four spirits" and coordinate resources. We must target the Group's "3512" development goals, focus on the Group's "three major main businesses" and "three advantageous cards," vigorously carry forward the Group's "four spirits," coordinate the advantageous resources of various units within the region, act as a "liaison officer" and "service provider" for various units within the Group's region, deepen internal cooperation, and achieve win-win development.
