Yang Guowen investigated the Tibet Giant Dragon project

8 On October 20, Yang Guowen, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Group Company, went to the Tibet Julong Project undertaken by the Group Installation Co., Ltd. and An'er Company for investigation. He conveyed and implemented the spirit of the exchange meeting between the Group and Zijin Mining Group, and learned in detail about the project's safety management, quality control, and construction progress. He also put forward specific guiding opinions and solutions to the problems and difficulties encountered during the construction process.

Yang Guowen emphasized that it is necessary to earnestly study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, effectively improve political standing, unify thinking, strengthen style, take the initiative to think, work diligently, and focus on results, and vigorously promote project construction with a determined spirit of hard work. Quality and safety should always be placed in the first place. We should meticulously carry out risk hazard investigation and rectification work, strictly follow construction specifications and standards, strengthen detail control, improve quality, increase efficiency, ensure timely project delivery, and create high-quality projects. Close cooperation, enhanced communication and coordination, and concerted efforts should be made to solve problems in a timely manner. We should attach importance to environmental protection during the construction process, care for and love frontline production workers, protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers, create good working and living conditions, and provide strong support for the smooth progress of the project.
