9 On August 8th, as the Mid-Autumn Festival approached, the company held a Mid-Autumn Festival "Heart to Heart" symposium for employees working on challenging and overseas projects in the 5th-floor meeting room. Members of the company's leadership team, heads of relevant functional departments, and managers and secretaries from relevant grassroots units attended the meeting in person. All cadres and employees from overseas, Tibet, and Guangxi projects participated online. The meeting was chaired by Yang Yu, the company's Party committee vice secretary, employee director, and chairman of the labor union.

At the meeting, nine employee representatives gave speeches on the project construction progress, difficulties encountered during construction, and the next steps of the construction plan. Afterwards, all participants watched a Mid-Autumn Festival blessing video made by project department employees and their families.
Jiang Ligang, Party secretary and chairman of the board, extended his greetings to the frontline employees working on overseas and challenging projects, expressing his highest respect and sincerest gratitude for their efforts in the company's development. He also urged them to do a solid job in safety production, project construction, and other work, while also taking care of their health and paying attention to work-life balance.
The meeting pointed out that the company hopes that all cadres and employees will further enhance their sense of responsibility and mission, continue to carry forward the spirit of Er'an people who are not afraid of difficulties, are united and enterprising, and go all out.
