9 On July 14, Yang Yu, the deputy secretary of the company's Party committee, employee director, and chairman of the labor union, went to the Nan Yun Expressway power supply project, Nan Yun Expressway steel arch bridge project, Yong Meng Expressway electromechanical engineering project, and Yunxian Ai Hua District gas pipeline aging renovation project in Lincang area of the company to conduct research and guidance, and to visit and express solicitude for the front-line cadres and employees.

During the investigation, Yang Yu carefully listened to the reports from the heads of each project on the project progress, cost control, and safe construction. Afterwards, he went deep into the project site and conducted on-site inspections of the working and living environment of the employees.
