On September 17, Xu Yanlu, member of the company's Party Committee, director, and vice general manager (presiding over the management team's work), went to the company's Tibet regional project to conduct research and guidance, and to visit and express condolences to the frontline cadres and employees.

Xu Yanlu visited the Julong Copper Mine Phase II project and the Huatai Long Niu Matang project successively. He conducted detailed inspections of the project site construction, safety and civilized management, and project site management, fully understanding the current organization of construction personnel, project progress, existing problems and difficulties of the two projects. He affirmed the achievements made by the projects and put forward practical methods and measures for the existing shortcomings and difficulties.
