10 From October 5th to October 6th, Wang Wei, the Group's Board Secretary, conducted research and guidance on the Malaysia Jiulong Paper Industry Selangor project and the Vantage Data Center project, and visited and expressed his care for the cadres and employees who continued to work on the project during the National Day holiday. During the investigation, Wang Wei emphasized that the construction of the Malaysian project is an important step for the Group to implement its "going global" strategy, and it is also a profound practice of the Group's consistent adherence to "national priorities" and actively serving and integrating into the "Belt and Road" initiative.

Wang Wei required: First, during the construction process, each project department must firmly focus on the core principle of safe production, strictly implement the "double confirmation, double supervision" system, clarify job responsibilities, and comprehensively strengthen the construction of the safety system. At the same time, it is necessary to seriously learn from the lessons of negative cases and continuously strengthen the control of environmental protection and construction access roads. Second, it is necessary to ensure the construction progress. Project management personnel should actively coordinate their work, and for the difficulties and problems encountered, they should communicate with relevant departments in a timely manner to ensure that the project can proceed smoothly. Third, the project department must strictly abide by the various management systems of the Group and the company, further strengthen the understanding of the importance of the Group's "four guarantees, one control, and one tree" project management requirements, and continuously improve the comprehensive management level of the project by comparing the work responsibilities and implementation details stipulated in each section. Fourth, it is necessary to pay attention to construction quality, strengthen quality control, and establish a good corporate image with excellent engineering quality. Fifth, in terms of financial management, it is necessary to reasonably arrange the use of funds to provide strong support for the smooth progress of the project.

Finally, Wang Wei held a symposium with the project staff, listened carefully to the difficulties encountered by the staff in their work and life, and put forward specific solutions.
