10 On the morning of the 29th, the Wuhu District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau conducted a hygiene and safety inspection of the company's cafeteria.

During the inspection, the enforcement officers strictly reviewed the cafeteria's qualifications, carefully checking the cafeteria's "Food Business License" and other relevant documents. Subsequently, they went into various areas of the cafeteria to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the overall hygiene conditions. From the food processing area, cooking area, and meal preparation area to the cleaning and disinfection area, the enforcement officers carefully checked the division and isolation measures of each functional area to ensure that the layout of each area was reasonable and the isolation was effective.

In the food warehouse, the enforcement officers focused on checking the storage conditions. They checked whether the food was stored separately, whether there was any mixing with toxic and harmful items, and carefully checked whether the warehouse's ventilation, moisture-proof, pest-proof, and rodent-proof facilities were complete and effective.

In addition, the enforcement officers conducted a one-by-one inspection of food processing equipment, tableware disinfection facilities, and refrigeration and freezing equipment. They ensured that the food processing equipment was operating normally and was clean and hygienic, without any faults or safety hazards; that the tableware disinfection facilities were complete and usable, and that the disinfection records were true and complete; and that the temperature of the refrigeration and freezing equipment met the requirements, could maintain normal refrigeration, and that the food inside the equipment was stored separately according to raw and cooked, meat and vegetables, without any expired or spoiled food.

Finally, the enforcement officers also inspected the cafeteria's food safety management system. They checked whether the cafeteria had established a sound food procurement and acceptance system, food storage management system, food processing and production system, tableware cleaning and disinfection system, and food sample retention system. At the same time, they carefully reviewed the food procurement ledger and food sample retention records to ensure that the food sources were traceable and that the sample retention work met the standard requirements.

After a thorough inspection, the Wuhu District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau gave high praise to the cafeteria's hygiene conditions and the freshness of the ingredients. The relevant person in charge of the cafeteria stated that the company cafeteria is an important place for employees to eat, and food safety is paramount.
