11 On February 14, Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, delivered a lecture on the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to the Party branches of the first, third, seventh, and eleventh engineering project departments.

Sun Jinyao detailed the background and significance of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and thoroughly conveyed the core content of the "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Promoting Chinese-style Modernization." Then, combining the actual situation of the company and the affiliated Party branches, he put forward specific work requirements.

Sun Jinyao emphasized: First, we must do a good job in learning and disseminating the spirit of the plenary session, finding the entry points and footholds for work in the learning process, and effectively unifying the thoughts of employees with the decisions and deployments of the company's Party Committee. Second, we must plan the work for 2025, adhere to the principle of upholding the right path while embracing innovation, fully excavating the excellent traditions and competitive advantages accumulated in the development process, changing work ideas, improving management models and operating methods, and laying a solid management foundation for the company's sustained and healthy development. Third, we must strengthen the safety management of various ongoing projects, strengthen supervision and inspection of daily safety production, and ensure that all ongoing projects proceed safely and orderly.
