11 On the afternoon of 23rd of the month, Xu Yanlu, member of the company's Party Committee, director, and vice general manager (presiding over the management team's work), delivered a lecture on the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to the Party branch of the Fifth Engineering Project Department and the temporary Party branch of the Tibet Julong Project, and put forward clear requirements on how to implement the spirit of the plenary session.
