12 On July 19, the company's Youth League Committee, in collaboration with multiple units within the group, held a themed Youth League Day activity titled "Partners Building a New Era, Youth Striving Forward." Li Qingguang, Secretary of the Group's Youth League Committee, and Yang Yu, Deputy Secretary of the Company's Party Committee, Employee Director, and Chairman of the Trade Union, attended the event. More than 30 participants attended, including heads of youth organizations, youth cadres, and youth representatives from Company 1, Company 9, the 14th Metallurgical Company, AnSanSi, JiAn Company, and JianTou Technical School.

This activity closely combines industrial worker construction reform, digital transformation, and skills practice. It aims to promote in-depth communication and understanding between youth organizations within the group through visits and practical exchanges, further promoting deep integration and co-construction and co-cultivation between the enterprise and young employees. The main activities included visiting the company's industrial worker center, skills master studios, digital innovation studios, and practical training grounds.

At the beginning of the event, all participants visited the company's industrial worker center and the skills master studios for fitters, riveters, and welders. Through video materials and on-site explanations, everyone gained an in-depth understanding of the company's achievements and reform practices in the construction of industrial worker teams, as well as the outstanding achievements in improving workers' professional skills and strengthening employee cultural construction.

Following this, everyone visited the digital innovation studio. The head of the company's information center detailed the company's significant achievements in digital transformation and, using practical cases, comprehensively demonstrated the operation modes of the group's and company's real-name management system, digital construction site construction, and industrial worker service digital management platforms. This helped young employees better understand the group's exploration and practice in promoting digital innovation and further deepened their understanding of the important role of digital technology in improving management efficiency and promoting industrial upgrading.

Finally, everyone moved to the practical training ground for observation and welding experience. With detailed introductions from the company's welding representatives, young employees learned the basic knowledge and operating skills of welding. After completing safety and technical briefings, some employee representatives participated in hands-on welding.
