1 On July 13, Yang Yu, the deputy secretary of the company's Party committee, employee director, and chairman of the labor union, led the seventh and ninth comprehensive assessment teams to the first and tenth engineering project departments respectively to conduct the 2024 annual comprehensive assessment.

In the mobilization speech, Yang Yu emphasized that the annual comprehensive assessment is both a "command stick" and a "weather vane." All cadres and employees of the engineering department should enhance their understanding, unify their thoughts, and cooperate with the assessment team to conduct the assessment work seriously.

At the meeting, the managers and (deputy) secretaries of the Party branches of the first and tenth engineering project departments respectively made work reports and branch work reports for 2024. The reports comprehensively reviewed the highlights and achievements of the two engineering departments in the past year, and also objectively analyzed the existing problems and shortcomings. Subsequently, the members of the engineering department's leadership team gave individual performance reports, integrity reports, and accountability reports in turn. The attendees evaluated the leadership team and its members through democratic assessment.

The meeting emphasized that all cadres and employees of the engineering department should: 1. Take this comprehensive assessment as an opportunity to adhere to a problem-oriented approach, seriously summarize and reflect, clarify the direction of progress, and steadily promote the smooth operation of all work; 2. Establish a lifelong learning awareness, strengthen the learning of political theory and professional knowledge, continuously consolidate professional foundations, and further improve personal comprehensive abilities; In addition, integrate personal growth with the development of the engineering department, and promote the development of the engineering department through self-improvement; 3.
