1 At 12:00 noon on January 27, the Yun(long)-Lan(ping) Expressway, the first expressway in Lanping County invested and constructed by the Group, was officially opened to traffic. The travel time between Lanping, Nujiang and Yunlong, Dali has been reduced from the original 1 hour and 40 minutes to 50 minutes, benefiting more than 300,000 people along the route. Wang Yongqiang, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Group Company, attended the opening ceremony.

On behalf of the Group, Wang Yongqiang extended his congratulations on the completion and opening of the Yunlan Expressway. He expressed his gratitude to the Provincial Department of Transportation and the Party committees and governments at all levels in the two prefectures for their strong support, and extended his New Year's greetings to all the builders working on the front line. He stated that the builders along the entire line seized sunny days, battled rainy days, and fought against severe cold, fulfilling their solemn commitment with a sense of mission and responsibility, paving a road of friendship, development, and happiness for the people of the two prefectures. The Yunlan Expressway project starts from the north side of Guanping Township, Yunlong County, connecting to the Dali-Yangbi-Yunlong Expressway, and ends at Dagongdian, Jinding Town, Lanping County, connecting to the Hekjianlan Expressway. The main line is 71.567 kilometers long, built to the standards of a two-way four-lane expressway, with a roadbed width of 25.5 meters and a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour. There are 68 bridges, 12 tunnels, a bridge-tunnel ratio of 61.8%, 4 interchanges, 1 service area, and 1 parking area.

Since the commencement of the project, the Group has given full play to its advantages in comprehensive management, overall coordination, technical personnel, and resource integration, comprehensively strengthened factor guarantees, and vigorously promoted refined project management. All builders actively overcame difficulties such as complex geological conditions and harsh natural environments, working together to overcome challenges and successfully complete the construction task, ending the history of Lanping County not having an expressway and paving a "fast lane" to a better life for the people along the route.
