Spring returns, the year is renewed. On February 22, the company's first fifth employee representative congress and the 2024 advanced commendation meeting were successfully held. The meeting comprehensively summarized and reviewed the work achievements in 2024, deeply analyzed the new situation and tasks faced, and scientifically deployed the main tasks for 2025. 102 employee representatives from various positions in the company gathered together to discuss visions, strategies, and development.

Members of the company's leadership team (and expanded team) participated in the discussions of each group and carefully listened to opinions and suggestions. Employee representatives fully fulfilled their representative responsibilities, with full enthusiasm and a highly responsible sense of ownership, focusing on the company's development plan, the current situation, and existing problems, and actively making sincere suggestions and practical contributions to creating a new situation for the company's inward-oriented high-quality development. The presidium meeting carefully listened to and collected the opinions and suggestions from each discussion group.

The meeting deliberated and adopted 11 drafts, including the work report of the first fifth employee representative congress.

Xu Yanlu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman, and General Manager of the company, and Yang Yu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, employee director, and chairman of the trade union, signed the company's "2025 Collective Contract," "2025 Wage Special Collective Contract," "2025 Special Collective Contract for the Protection of the Special Rights and Interests of Female Employees," and "Draft Collective Bargaining Agreement on Guaranteeing Employees' Salaries, Social Security, and Welfare Benefits" on behalf of the enterprise and employees, respectively.
