3 On March 31, the first hoisting operation was successfully completed for the 38,900-ton/year tin-based new material construction project (Package 1 electromechanical installation subcontracting bidding project) of the Yunnan Tin Industry New Material Industrial Park (East China), undertaken by the company's Eighth Engineering Project Department.

After successfully bidding for the project in January, the Eighth Engineering Project Department actively responded to the call of the company's first five-session congress of employee representatives and quickly formed a team of its own employees (fitters). Since early March, the project's own employees have been entering the site one after another, completing various preparatory work in full swing.

3 On March 31, according to the existing working conditions, the project department organized its own employees to successfully complete the hoisting operation of 13 pieces of equipment in the organic tin oxide workshop. The successful completion of this important node not only provided favorable conditions for the subsequent construction of the project but also created a good start for the overall advancement of the project.

Next, the project department will closely focus on the actual situation of the on-site working area and scientifically and reasonably organize the operation teams to enter the construction site. At the same time, in view of the on-site implementation content and talent structure, the Eighth Engineering Project Department will further increase the cultivation and strengthening of its own construction industrial worker teams, continuously improve the construction capabilities and management level of the teams, and provide strong support for the smooth progress of the project.
