Recently, the precursor of new energy materials, constructed by the company's 12th engineering project department, The 4.5 million tons/year medium and low-grade phosphate rock comprehensive utilization and transportation project successfully completed the hoisting of key equipment. During this period, Zhang Shaoming, the company's vice general manager, led relevant personnel from the company's project management center, technology center, and safety supervision and management department to the construction site for on-site investigation, and guided the planning and implementation of the hoisting plan.
The key equipment for this hoisting is Two disc pressure filter presses, with a total weight of 101 tons per unit, a maximum single-piece weight of 29 tons during hoisting, a length of 12.168 meters, a width of 4.97 meters, and a height of 4.82 meters.
The site crane position is extremely limited, and the hoisting process needs to cross over a 42.64-meter factory building roof, and the equipment positioning height also reaches 32 meters, making the entire hoisting operation extremely difficult. After repeated discussions and demonstrations, the project team finally decided to cast a solid concrete foundation as the support point for the crane legs and use a 600-ton wheeled crane for hoisting. To ensure the safe and smooth progress of the hoisting operation, relevant personnel from multiple functional departments of the company were present on-site to supervise, and the bearing capacity of the foundation before the hoisting operation was re-examined to confirm the hoisting conditions.
