Company Trade Union and CAIGA Trade Union jointly held a May Day themed event "Carry Forward the Spirit of Model Workers and Craftsmen, and Unite to Forge Ahead"

On the afternoon of April 27, the company's trade union, in conjunction with the CAAC's trade union, organized cadres and employees to visit the Spring City Model Worker and Craftsman Museum at Kunming Workers' Cultural Palace to carry out a May Day themed activity titled "Carry Forward the Spirit of Model Workers and Craftsmen, and Unite to Forge Ahead."

Guided by the docent, the cadres and employees participating in the activity entered the exhibition hall in an orderly manner. While carefully viewing the exhibits, they listened attentively to the explanations. During the visit and study, they reviewed General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, and gained a deep understanding of the touching stories and struggles of 15,000 model workers and advanced individuals. Afterwards, everyone watched the promotional film "The Beauty of Kunming's Industry," experiencing firsthand the glorious history of Kunming's industry and appreciating the spirit of struggle and superb skills of workers in various industries in Kunming.

This activity centered on the "three spirits" (the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship), and through on-site visits and study, encouraged cadres and employees to take model workers and advanced workers as examples, establishing a spirit and belief of rigor, excellence, and the pursuit of perfection.

After the activity, the participating cadres and employees expressed that they would take this activity as an opportunity to deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, vigorously carry forward the spirit of model workers, widely publicize the advanced deeds of model workers, and stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity in making contributions. In their future work, they will consciously emulate model workers and advanced individuals, focus on their posts, and do their work well with full enthusiasm, high spirits, and a pragmatic style, contributing to the company's high-quality development in an intensive way.
