On May 15, the company's Party committee held its 4th Party committee theoretical study center group study (expanded) meeting of 2025. The meeting was presided over by Jiang Ligang, secretary of the company's Party committee and chairman of the board. Leaders and expanded team members in Kunming, heads of various functional departments, and managers and secretaries of various grassroots units attended the meeting.

The meeting deeply studied the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee on April 25, the achievements and experience of thoroughly implementing the eight-point regulation of the Central Committee since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, and "The Eight-Point Regulation Changes China," and collectively watched the warning education films "The Dead End of "Relying on Enterprises to Eat Enterprises"" and "The Price of Drunk Driving." At the meeting, two participants gave speeches in turn, combining the learning content.
In his concluding remarks, Jiang Ligang put forward three requirements: First, Strengthen confidence and accurately grasp the new requirements for economic work. We should adhere to the general tone of seeking progress while maintaining stability, focus on the primary task of high-quality development, focus on the company's main responsibilities and businesses, target the goals and tasks set at the beginning of the year, implement responsibilities, take active actions, and unite development forces with the guidance of practical work to ensure that all tasks are implemented.
Second, Continue to exert efforts and promote the normalization and long-term effectiveness of style construction. We should deeply understand the connotation and essence of the eight-point regulation of the Central Committee, grasp the relevant disciplinary punishment regulations, and lay a solid ideological and political foundation for identifying and rectifying problems. We should carefully check against the 11 problems to be rectified, other problems not directly pointed out, and the list of hidden and mutated style problems, carefully identify problems, put ourselves in, put our responsibilities in, and put our work in, and use the opportunity of carrying out learning and education to continuously improve our style.
Third, Strictly adhere to the bottom line and comprehensively build a defense line for secrecy work.
