On May 15, Zhang Huiliang, deputy manager of the Group's General Engineering Office (Technology Center), led a team to the Kunming Duobao project of the company's Eighth Engineering Project Department for investigation and guidance. Zhang Shaoming, deputy general manager of the company, and relevant personnel from the Technology Center accompanied the team.

Zhang Huiliang and his team went deep into the project construction site, comprehensively understanding the project's progress, carefully listening to project reports, and meticulously reviewing internal documents. They put forward clear requirements regarding the project's safety production, technical quality, and cost control.

Zhang Huiliang emphasized that the project team should continuously strengthen communication and exchanges with the owner, enhance service awareness, and improve service quality. They should promptly conduct preliminary acceptance work in the areas that have already been put into operation. At the same time, they should further strengthen economic control and promote acceptance and settlement work by building number and by specialty.

During the investigation, the investigation team also issued reminders regarding the project's control of major hazardous engineering, steel structure welding quality management, flood prevention work, and safety production management.
