The 10kV power supply and distribution project of the Wuhua District People's Hospital and Wuhua District Health and Wellness Center, including the ring network power supply and distribution system, has been successfully put into operation.

On the evening of April 21, the 10kV power supply and distribution project of Wuhua District People's Hospital and Wuhua District Health and Wellness Center, constructed by the Eleventh Engineering Project Department of the company, successfully energized its last power supply and distribution circuit of the dual-circuit 10kV ring network power supply and distribution system at the outdoor switch station. This marks the completion and successful operation of the project's ring network power supply and distribution system, and the comprehensive connection of the power supply system.

During the project construction, faced with numerous challenges such as the high difficulty of laying high-voltage cables in underground power pipelines of municipal roads, complex municipal coordination work, and multiple cross-operations within the substation, the project team adopted a "segmented construction + dynamic optimization" model. Based on the actual on-site conditions, the construction plan was flexibly adjusted to ensure efficient resource utilization and smooth progress of the construction. Simultaneously, a 24-hour progress tracking mechanism was established to monitor construction dynamics in real-time and promptly address any unexpected issues.

Furthermore, to achieve seamless connection throughout the design, construction, and debugging process, the project team moved the technical handover meeting to the construction site, with personnel from all parties participating to proactively predict and resolve potential problems. Through close collaboration, on March 14, the switch station I return 1 ring network cabinet was successfully energized; on April 21, the switch station II circuit was completed and put into operation.

The successful operation of the ring network power supply and distribution system not only provides a stable power supply for the subsequent installation of substation equipment but also significantly improves the power reliability of the hospital and health and wellness center, laying a solid foundation for the overall project advancement and subsequent operation.
