To implement the deployment and arrangements of the "Yunnan Provincial Trade Union's Three-Year Action Plan for Employee Mental Health Services," and to effectively strengthen employee mental health services and enhance the construction of "Happy JianTou." On April 11, the company's trade union organized a typical employee mental health service guidance activity themed "Coffee Healing" at the Kunming Municipal Workers' Cultural Palace Employee Psychological Empowerment Service Center.

At the event, a professional lecturer first introduced the origin, types, and culture of coffee to the participating employees, allowing everyone to gain a deeper understanding of coffee. Subsequently, the lecturer cleverly integrated coffee-related knowledge with mental health knowledge, guiding everyone to recognize that the pleasure derived from making and savoring coffee is actually a form of positive self-suggestion, which helps relieve stress and enhance happiness.

In the experiential session, under the careful guidance of the professional lecturer, the employees personally experienced the entire process of coffee grinding, brewing, and tasting, learned the skills of reusing coffee filters, and created their own unique coffee everlasting flowers.
