On the afternoon of April 7, the company's Party Committee held its second Party Committee theoretical study center group study (expanded) meeting of 2025. The meeting was presided over by Jiang Ligang, secretary of the company's Party Committee and chairman of the board. Leaders and expanded team members from the company's Kunming office, heads of various functional departments, and managers and secretaries of various grassroots units attended the meeting.

The meeting deeply studied the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches and instructions during his inspection of Yunnan, and the content of the Notice issued by the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on launching in-depth learning and education on the implementation of the eight-point central regulations throughout the Party. At the meeting, Jiang Ligang promulgated the spirit of the 2025 annual reform promotion meeting, and put forward three requirements for the company's next key tasks: First, strengthen theoretical education and consolidate the ideological foundation.
