Recently, the company's Party Committee, in strict accordance with the superior's deployment, has completed the 2024 annual organizational life meeting supervision work with high quality. The company's Party Committee formed eight supervision teams to supervise and guide various grassroots party branches. Currently, all grassroots party branches have successfully held organizational life meetings. Members of the company's leadership team participated in the organizational life meetings of their respective party branches as ordinary party members.

Grassroots party branches of the company attached great importance to this organizational life meeting. Before the meeting, they earnestly carried out all the preparatory work in strict accordance with the requirements. Through distributing questionnaires for soliciting opinions, holding symposiums, and conducting individual interviews, they widely solicited opinions and suggestions on the party branch committee and its members. At the same time, party members within the branch conducted in-depth heart-to-heart talks to exchange ideas and identify problems. In addition, various grassroots party branches organized collective study and discussions, carefully prepared materials for self-examination and mutual criticism, laying a solid foundation for holding a successful organizational life meeting.

At the meeting, the (deputy) secretaries of the grassroots party branches introduced the preparations for the organizational life meeting and made self-examinations on behalf of the party branches. Led by the (deputy) secretaries of the party branches, the party branch committee members, leading cadres, and party members conducted criticism and self-criticism one by one, and carried out democratic assessment of party members.

Various supervision teams provided guidance at the meeting and put forward guiding opinions based on the situation of various grassroots party branches: First, strengthen theoretical education and improve political standing. Grassroots party branches should continue to strengthen theoretical learning, deeply study and implement Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, strengthen their ideals and beliefs, and enhance the "four consciousnesses," strengthen the "four confidences," and achieve the "two safeguards," ensuring that they maintain high consistency with the Party Central Committee in thought, politics, and action.

Second, severely crack down on rectification and implementation to promote work improvement. In response to the problems identified in this organizational life meeting, various grassroots party branches should rectify and implement them item by item. For problems that can be solved immediately, they should be rectified immediately; for problems that require long-term rectification, they should set phased goals and proceed step by step to ensure that the rectification work achieves real results.

Members of the branch committee should strengthen communication and cooperation, enhance their sense of responsibility and team cohesion, and promote the efficient implementation of various tasks.

Fifth, strictly enforce discipline and rules, and build a solid anti-corruption line of defense. Various grassroots party branches should strengthen party style and clean government construction, strictly implement the spirit of the eight central regulations and their implementation details, deeply carry out party discipline education, and promote the in-depth development of full and strict governance of the Party. At the same time, we should strengthen the supervision and management of party members and cadres, promptly discover and correct problems at the initial stage and tendency, and ensure that the Party's disciplinary requirements are implemented.
