On March 26, Na Zhihui, Deputy Minister of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department (acting) of Yuntianhua Group and Deputy General Manager of Operations at Yunnan Phosphate Group Haikou Phosphate Co., Ltd., visited the company to conduct safety training for all employees in 2025 and held an exchange meeting with Jiang Ligang, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, Zhang Shaoming, Deputy General Manager of the company, and heads of relevant functional departments and grassroots units.

In the class, Na Zhihui focused on the theme of "Practice of Safety Leadership for Key Personnel", combining practical experience to elaborate on the core role of the safety leadership of enterprise key personnel in improving safety management levels. He emphasized that as key personnel of an enterprise, one must possess a strong safety awareness and risk awareness, act as a supporter of the implementation of regulations and a leader in safety publicity, personally participate in safety inspections, and promote a good atmosphere of "everyone talking about safety and everyone knowing how to respond to emergencies".
In addition, Na Zhihui also shared valuable experience for leaders in implementing safety management. He suggested: First, strictly implement change management, further enhancing the enterprise's ability to prevent production safety accidents through the effective implementation of change management systems. Second, strengthen training, continuously improving the safety awareness and operational skills of operators through statutory and specialized training. Third, strive to create a safe and comfortable working environment, paying attention to humanistic care, and enhancing employees' sense of identity and belonging through the implementation of safety incentives and safety behavior reward measures. Fourth, strengthen special operations and professional management, regularly conduct professional inspections, and thoroughly investigate and solve problems existing in safety production. Fifth, strictly manage contractors, strictly control access, clarify safety management responsibilities, establish and improve safety management mechanisms, and jointly conduct strict supervision and inspection of the contractors' operation process.
