The Group held a video dispatch meeting for the Yunlan Expressway

12 On the 15th of the month, the Group held a video dispatch meeting on the Yunlan Expressway project in the dispatch room on the first floor of the Development Building. Through video conferencing, the meeting focused on issues and conducted re-dispatching, re-arrangement, and re-deployment of the Yunlan Expressway project's progress. Chen Zujun, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of the Group Company, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Chen Zouxiong, Deputy Party Secretary and Chairman of the Trade Union, also participated in the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Wang Yongqiang, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Group Company.

The meeting pointed out:

The completion and opening of the Yunlan Expressway is of great significance to the economic and social development and rural revitalization of Dali Prefecture and Nujiang Prefecture. All units should raise their political standing, target key nodes, and fully reverse schedule, with unwavering courage and determination, resolutely shouldering their responsibilities to ensure the timely completion and opening of the Yunlan Expressway, delivering a satisfactory answer to the people along the route and the local government.

The meeting emphasized:

Focus on target nodes, keep a close eye on key links, clarify responsibilities, conduct chart-based operations, strengthen overall planning, continuously increase investment in personnel, materials, and equipment, organize construction scientifically, orderly, and efficiently, and accelerate construction progress while ensuring quality and safety. Actively practice the "three methods and three modernizations," make good use of the "three working methods," and promote the 100-day intensive campaign with practical actions. Implement the Group's "four guarantees, one control, and one cultivation" project management requirements, continuously strengthen dynamic patrols and inspections, and refined management, and resolutely eliminate safety and quality risks and hidden dangers. Adhere to the concept that the site is the market, and polish the Group's gold signboard through high-quality project fulfillment. Uphold Party leadership, give full play to the role of Party organizations as fighting bastions and the exemplary role of Party members, fully carry forward the Group's "four major spirits," and practice the "especially able to endure hardship, especially able to fight, especially able to dedicate" and "dare to fight tough battles, good at fighting difficult battles, able to win battles" spirit of the plateau iron army with practical actions, ensuring that the project is completed and fulfilled efficiently and on schedule.

At the meeting, attendees watched an aerial video of the Yunlan Expressway project. Heads of relevant functional departments of the Group put forward suggestions on accelerating the project's progress, and heads of relevant project units reported on the progress of the work and their next plans.
