The company's Youth League Committee gave a thematic group lesson to the young members of the Tibet Julong project.

12 On May 5th, the company's Youth League Committee visited the Tibet Julong Copper Mine Phase II Expansion Project's raw ore system project, delivering a themed lecture entitled "Generation Z Youth: Shouldering Responsibility" to the project's youth league members.

At the beginning of the lecture, the deputy director of the company's Party Committee Work Department and deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee led the project's youth league members in studying the spirit of the 20th CPC Central Committee's Third Plenary Session. Participants, combining their own positions and work experiences, offered their insights and ideas on how to implement the spirit of the 20th CPC Central Committee's Third Plenary Session.

Following this, the lecture delved into discussions on topics such as "How youth should shoulder responsibility in challenging projects," "How to better carry forward the spirit of old Tibet and the spirit of the 'Youth Assault Team'," and "How to take on heavy responsibilities in the 100-day intensive campaign." Participants shared their experiences from the project, covering team collaboration, personal mindset adjustments, and career development planning.

In the final segment of the lecture, participants shared interesting and touching moments from the project's construction process. This lecture not only enriched the theoretical knowledge and strengthened the ideological foundation of the project's youth league members, but also enhanced the team's cohesion and centripetal force.
