This recruitment activity strictly followed company regulations, providing equal opportunities for all applicants. 32 people participated in the non-labor contract selection process, with the company employing a combination of on-site and remote, written and interview methods, offering applicants flexible participation channels. After intense competition, 8 people were selected for the pre-employment announcement phase. For the market-based recruitment, 15 people applied, with equally fierce competition. After rigorous screening and evaluation, 3 outstanding applicants were selected.
