“It turns out that violations of regulations and discipline have really happened around us, and many habitual and experiential behaviors are violations of regulations and discipline…” This is the feeling expressed by employees who recently participated in the special warning education activity on "Learning from Cases to Promote Reform". Since September 23 this year, the company's Discipline Inspection Commission has gone deep into 14 grassroots units to organize and carry out the special warning education activity on "Promoting Reform and Learning from Cases" in a combination of online and offline methods, educating a total of 670 people.
In this warning education activity, the company's Discipline Inspection Commission focused on using cases of violations of regulations and discipline that have occurred in the group and the company in recent years and typical problems found in the supervision and inspection process as materials. Combining the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China", the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of Managers of State-owned Enterprises", the "Group's Accountability Management Measures for Violations", and other party disciplines, national laws, and company regulations, the activity conducted in-depth analysis and explanation of multiple cases of eight types of problems, including illegally obtaining funds and establishing "small treasuries", violating social public security management, illegally borrowing money from management service objects, and violating the spirit of the eight central regulations. It made full use of typical cases around them as "living teaching materials", allowing party members, cadres, and employees at all levels and positions to deeply understand the integrity risks of their positions and the consequences of various violations of regulations and discipline.
The company's Discipline Inspection Commission emphasized: First, all cadres and employees should examine themselves in light of typical cases, take warning, put themselves and their work in, adhere to principles, perform their duties, conduct work in compliance with regulations, rigidly enforce systems, and avoid integrity risks. Second, they should abide by regulations and discipline, strictly restrain themselves, be cautious in their words and deeds within eight hours, cultivate positive and healthy interests and lifestyles outside eight hours, strictly distinguish between work and life circles, manage themselves well, and restrain their relatives and other specific related persons. Third, they should enhance their ideological understanding, correctly view supervision, consciously accept supervision, and get used to working and living under supervision.
