10 On the afternoon of the 22nd, Ruan Yong, a candidate for vice chairman of the Wuhu District Political Consultative Conference, visited the company and held an exchange meeting with Yang Yu, deputy secretary of the company's Party committee, employee director, and chairman of the trade union; and Xu Yanlu, member of the Party committee, director, and deputy general manager (presiding over the management work).

Ruan Yong pointed out that An'er Company, as a key construction company in Wuhu District, has played an important role in promoting the economic and social development of Wuhu District for a long time. This visit aims to further understand the company's current development status, listen to the difficulties encountered by the company in its development and the issues that need to be coordinated and resolved by the government, so as to provide the company with more accurate and efficient service support.

Xu Yanlu welcomed Ruan Yong's visit and then gave a detailed introduction to the company's basic situation, development history, business scope, qualification status, and current production and operation situation. Xu Yanlu said that in its 66 years of development, An'er Company has made remarkable achievements in market expansion, technological innovation, and talent cultivation. He hopes that the district government will continue to support An'er Company's various work, and looks forward to strengthening communication and cooperation between the two sides in the next step. The company will also continue to shoulder the responsibilities and mission of a state-owned enterprise and better serve the society.

After listening to the company's introduction, Ruan Yong inquired in detail about the specific difficulties and problems currently facing the company.
