9 From August 25th to 27th, the company organized a training session on quality and technical standardization management for young construction engineers in the multi-functional report hall. More than 50 young construction management personnel from project sites participated in this training.

The training actively responded to the requirements of "Quality Month," aiming to guide young construction management personnel to deeply study General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on quality development, fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the second and third plenary sessions of the 20th Central Committee, implement the State Council's "Outline for Building a Powerful Nation through Quality," firmly establish the awareness of quality first, and carry out quality improvement actions in depth. The curriculum covers the overall requirements of quality and technical standardization management, methods and approaches for correctly fulfilling the responsibilities of construction engineers, on-site project quality management, the preparation and management of construction plans, project excellence management, welding management, and other content.
