8 On the afternoon of May 5th, the Party branch of the company's Seventh Engineering Project Department and the Party branch of the Thirteenth Engineering Project Department jointly held a "Passing the Torch, Forging Ahead" mentoring ceremony and themed Party day activity. The activity aims to help new employees quickly integrate into the work environment, improve their business skills, and achieve rapid growth through the method of "passing on, helping, and guiding".

During the activity, three pairs of new and veteran employees were paired up, and a series of activities were carried out, including offering tea, signing mentoring agreements, and speeches by representatives of new and veteran employees.
The activity emphasized three points: Firstly, new employees should respect their mentors, be diligent in asking questions, and communicate more with their mentors. They should cherish their positions, make full use of the learning platform, and take the first step from school to society under the guidance and leadership of their mentors. Secondly, mentors should adopt an open and inclusive attitude, patiently teach, genuinely teach and guide, and impart their knowledge generously, allowing the company's spirit and culture to be passed down. Thirdly, it is hoped that through such activities, the team's cohesion will be further enhanced. Everyone will work together, unite as one, and work hand in hand to create a brighter future for the company.
