7 On July 25th, the 110MW coal gas generating unit of the Yukun Steel Power Project of the Second Engineering Project Department successfully completed its trial run and was successfully connected to the grid, delivering a satisfactory result for the client.

Throughout the project construction, the project team has always adhered to the principle of "quality first, a century-long project", strictly managing quality, meticulously organizing construction, and ensuring high-quality project advancement. To ensure the successful grid connection, the project department closely cooperated with the client, general contractor, supervisor, and other units, strictly following the unit startup plan. At 00:50 am on July 25th, the unit was officially started. After accelerating to the rated speed of 3000 r/min, a series of tests were conducted. Finally, all indicators met the standard requirements, and the trial run was successful. At 11:35 am, the generating unit was successfully connected to the grid. Currently, the unit is in good condition, all indicators are normal, and the system equipment is running smoothly.

It is understood that the 110MW coal gas generating unit of the Yukun Steel Project consists of 2 × 330t/h ultra-high temperature subcritical coal gas boilers, 2 × 110MW intermediate once-through reheat condensing turbines, 2 × 110MW generators, and supporting auxiliary machines. The main steam temperature reaches 566℃, and the pressure reaches 17.5MPa, with a generator power of 100MW. After the successful commissioning of the unit, it can effectively recover and utilize blast furnace gas and converter gas, achieving zero emission of gas. At the same time, it can further increase the self-sufficiency rate, which is of great significance to reducing carbon emissions and contributing to the achievement of the "dual carbon" goal.
