To further strengthen the ideological defenses of Party members, leading cadres, and key personnel, and enhance their bottom-line thinking and awareness of red lines, on July 8, the Party branch of the First Engineering Project Department organized a special meeting on clean governance warning education and clean handover, themed "Promoting Reform and Learning from Cases". A total of 17 Party members and staff from the Engineering Department attended the meeting.

The meeting required: First, strengthen the building of life styles, consciously abide by the self-conduct norms "outside eight hours", and resolutely put an end to violations of discipline and law such as drunk driving, drunk driving, and gambling. Second, consciously strengthen the building of work styles. Heads of various business units should strictly control the review of economic data, adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts, and strictly prohibit inflating project volume and forging labor contracts. Third, strictly abide by the company's various management systems, increase the control over aspects such as project vehicle rental and purchase, disposal of waste materials, management of project canteen expenses, and procurement of miscellaneous materials, ensuring actual reporting and reimbursement, and completing the review and approval of relevant matters. Fourth, properly handle the relationship with downstream subcontractors and material suppliers, maintaining a reasonable distance.

The meeting emphasized: First, adhere to the principle of "Promoting Reform and Learning from Cases." Various business departments and ongoing projects should strengthen self-inspection and self-examination, and effectively enhance their bottom-line thinking and awareness of red lines. Second, raise awareness, consciously abide by the requirements of discipline and work style, implement the company's various management systems, and maintain integrity in both personal conduct and work. Third, maintain political determination, be honest and self-disciplined, and do one's job with a sense of responsibility to oneself and others. Fourth, leading Party members and cadres should play an exemplary role, especially members of the Engineering Department leadership team, who should earnestly fulfill their "dual responsibilities," take the lead in learning and inspection, and effectively maintain "clean governance."
